Shortly for new alliance players.

Always donate to alliance technologies. That’s good for the guild. That’s good for you, as you getting the alliance currency, that can be spent in the alliance store.
Join New Dawn Captains rallies. You can start your own if your war room building level is high. It’s hard to build it high, cause it’s requires special resource. The bigger captain level – the bigger rally need to slain it - the better reward for all who joined.
Don’t attack other players bases if you are not sure what you doing. Loosing all their army in such attack is the most common reason why players quit  game. I don’t want you to be that kind of player.
Check “friend of foe alliance” question every time you wish to attack any other player. Do not attack members of big alliances as that can cause big war.
Build up your embassy, so your team could protect you with reinforcements.
Check the alliance chat messages and private messages. Please not spam alliance chat with personal talks, and not English languages, you can use personal chats for that.
